Have you by any chance received suspicious phone calls from operators pretending to be representatives of Audax Renewables?
Pay attention! These are misleading offers made by people who act illegitimately without any relationship with us. What is it? In practice, these individuals contact our users by telephone, and claiming to be Customer Service operators, they say that the supply contract with Audax or “has expired” or “cannot be renewed”.
This false statement is followed by the offer to sign a supply contract with another operator if you do not want to run the risk of being left without electricity and gas. What is important to know is that this is a scam.
