NOTICE OF TRANSFER OF BUSINESS BRANCH

Please be advised that, with a deed drawn up by Notary Ciro De Vivo in Milan, no. 27163/16198 of 31 July 2015, the company Audax Energia Srl has purchased, with legal effect from 1 August 2015 (hereinafter the “Effective Date”), by the company Compagnia Energetica Italiana SpA, with registered office in Milan, Piazza E. Duse n. 2, tax code and VAT number 07824790963 (hereinafter, “CEI”), the business branch consisting of goods and services organised for the sale of gas and electricity to retail customers (hereinafter, the “Transfer”), including electricity and/or gas supply contracts signed by domestic and retail customers with the aforementioned IEC. Following this transfer of the business unit and pursuant to the current Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and GDPR EU Reg. 679/2016), Audax also takes over the ownership of the personal data already processed by CEI, given the transfer to Audax itself of the personal data already processed by CEI.
