SMART WORKING: A FINANCED PROJECT IS UNDERWAY

Smart Working as “agile work” and as the possibility of working remotely. The spread of COVID-19 has led public and private companies to adopt practices of this type with the aim of guaranteeing the health of workers and the continuity of service. But Smart Working is something that goes beyond the emergency, effectively posing itself as an important opportunity to rethink one's way of working in a positive and satisfying way. With the natural repercussions that this opportunity has on the daily life of each of us.   

AUDAX ENERGY has been awarded a voucher financed by the Lombardy Region and the European Social Fund 2014-2020: this will allow the company to regulate the Smart Working activity in order to make it more effective and efficient.

The project will involve employees to start a pilot project that will lead to the definition of the company regulation on Smart Working.

The intervention is carried out within the initiatives promoted by the Regional Operational Programme co-financed by the European Social Fund 2014-2020
